Great location! Very clean and tidy compared to most airport hotels I’ve stayed in! Tasty dinner buffet. Great shower!

I stayed for a night to catch a very early flight. Note that despite it appears to be in front of the airport there's no way to cross the highway by car. It has to take the highway to Sao Paulo and then turn back to the airport. Without traffic it takes about 15 minutes to Terminal III. Plan in advance. You need to book at check-in the Shuttle and it was already full by the time I arrived at the hotel. The staff arranged for a taxi and it costed R$50 (about USD10), you can pay with credit card. The hotel surroundings are not appropriate for walking around if you plan to stay longer.

The breakfast was good with many options. They transfer shuttle to the airport was good too. Just a reminder that they only drop off at terminal 2 so if you are traveling internationally you have to walk to terminal 3 but it’s not a very long walk maybe 10 minutes.

Shuttle and the location of the airport (10 minutes ride with the shuttle). The staff tried to make my stay great, they helped me with a power adaptor plug I did not have and needed. They listened to feedback attentively and were very kind. The room is comfortable. Last time I was there, water in the shower was cold, this time there was both hot and cold water :) Good breakfast as well, with plenty of options

The location is excellent for people who need to travel to or from Guarulhos airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service every hour to and from the airport and reception is open 24/7, which is handy for late or early flights. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the in-house restaurant is open until 10 and the breakfast buffet is available from very early in the morning and of very good quality. Definitely recommended for travelers by plane and business people.

We had lunch and breakfast and everything was perfect. For lunch I had a chicken soup and my mum had cod fish cakes with a salad ( we are Portuguese and the cod fish cakes were really nice). During the lunch there was a curvy lady ( I am so sorry, but I can't remember your name) serving us. She was the best!

buffet supper and breakfast were free. Very far from restaurants so that was a bonus. Shuttle bus left promptly. Wonderfully kind and efficient driver.
